John’s arrival was timely and his presentation professional. I appreciated the fact that he sat down with me shared photos and discussed all details of the problems with my roof. He explained the work he proposed and answered questions then gave me tips on preventive measures. He also shared tips and recommendations about other repair concerns. He provided me with a folder of information about his background and servicing details and helpful handouts about the roofing industry.
